So be aware, you may be wasting time considering properties that are already under contract.  Since our Boulder, Broomfield, and Weld Counties are located on the border of two large and very different multiple listing systems you made need to use both to get full results and a complete search for you.  Sadly, as a past president of the Boulder Board of Realtors (Barry was the president in 1999-2000), in terms of time, current information, and accurate selection we find it difficult and hard to recommend some of the many well known common sites (Realtor.com or Yahoo.com).  There are numerous reasons, rather than be negative we would hope you would call us and we can discuss the intricacies.  We also supply our clients with email alerts that we send, but these will never replace the time we spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.
